I think I selected the wrong font for the tone of it.
Have a lovely day.

I haven't been closely paying attention this morning, but as far as I can tell you, Stephen 'big media' Bush are determined keep Starmer in post, while at the same time desperately trying to ensure he is kicked out of it.
Is that the truth of the matter?
Sercus.
10.02.2026 07:43 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Possibly the most central location in the UK so suitable for all the coasts. Also where the National Sealife centre is based.
Makes perfect sense.
RNLI deliberately chose to stay independent of Government funding.
Recent political events and pressures probably vindicates that decision tbh.
This is the basic concept of collective responsibility?
If Starmer posted a video of himself shitting on a silver platter atop a London bus surrounded by astonished tourists they'd have to either laud his open and forthright engagement with the public or just resign.
That's how it works.
Has the makings of a truly hilarious, yet tragic folk song.
'Alas, poor Gunnery fiddled too much.
Too often clicking his send button in desperate hopes of a fuck.'
You dare to judge without enduring the peril of my catering?
09.02.2026 20:27 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thank you for saving me from making this awful joke.
09.02.2026 20:26 β π 12 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I keep being told there are fool proof rice cooking methods that I'm just too lazy to try.
09.02.2026 20:24 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Dublin, lads.... rushed into the nearest pub cos I was about to piss myself on account of you all driving like mental bastards (some kind of weird Leicester/London cross over going on.)
It's 6.40 on a Monday night and some lad is banging out folk tunes on his flute.
You're all mad. I love it.
You really know Summer has arrived when there's blokes sitting on the windowsill of the King's arms dangling their legs in the ouse as they drink their pints and the Lowther can only let people in through the fire exit.
09.02.2026 18:08 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Same opinion, but with pasta. Rice, though. I think I've only ever managed to cook rice nicely once (excluding risotto or paella, but that doesn't really count).

Though obviously handing out umbrellas would be entirely valid in Northern Ireland.
It seems at the moment it would be difficult to keep him up and we're kind of at the stage of regional/national politicians grasping coat tails so they can hold up a rag and proclaim they were always on the right side of whatever the argument was.
09.02.2026 15:18 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I'm just so very, very tired.
09.02.2026 15:16 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Meh... I think we're somewhat past things working or not at this point.
We might as well just all stand around and throw buns at a donkey.
If we really focus I reckon we could probably get through another 2 before the end of this Parliament.
09.02.2026 15:12 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It's kind of a just a 'we're not really friends with him, our mum told us we had to bring him' kind of message, isn't it?
09.02.2026 15:11 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I can see Ireland!!!
My ancestral juices are stirring.
Land of my kin, home of my soul, location of some guy drunkenly belting out Irish Rover in a random Dublin pub on a Monday evening while his perplexed wife tries to assure the bar staff he means no harm.
I'm coming to you.
Labour in Scotland is just engaged in damage limitation at this point, isn't it?
09.02.2026 15:00 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I expect more detail on this in your upcoming 'famous politicians who blanked me' book.

09.02.2026 14:53 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Well... yeah. We should probably try to remember that England/Westminster isn't the only audience. There is more than one circus in town and a hell of a lot of monkeys dancing for our collective entertainment.
09.02.2026 14:49 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0I really should not be quite so amused by my country and much loved place of my birth being in a state of perpetual clusterfuck as much as I am but if we don't have laughter then what else is there?
