It has reached the point my wife clearly feels I should start taking steps to control my eyebrows and has even occasionally commented if my nostril/ear hairs are getting a bit over excited.

IMO people should be free donate to a party they wish to succeed, however donations should be strictly limited to £X/per person & donors should always be on the electoral role.

I can't see the public tolerating grants from tax payer cash to political parties & that has its own challenges anyway.

I know the temperature you're talking about, though I imagine the exact °C varies according to preference.

I expect there are thermometers where you can set an alarm. There's definitely meat thermometers that connect to an App that likely have that function.
