debating asking for a ride to the ER bc my sinus infection is so bad I can’t hear and I’m really dizzy

sick and emotional for no reason and feeling like I could disappear and nobody would notice

last night I got randomly congested and started feeling really sick, woke up this morning feeling even worse but I have no idea what’s wrong with me
