To be clear—the problem is not “Congress” now—it is the Republican Party that runs Congress.Its MAGA enthusiasts & cowards stand passively by while Trump assumes Congress’ powers of taxation & flaunts one law after another.Congress decline to respond when the Trumps engage in massive grift. Say so!

Remember this as Republicans move to gut the program to finance tax cuts that will overwhelmingly go to the richest 1% of Americans.

It's not only breathtakingly corrupt, it's manifestly illegal, no matter what permission is received from a cowardly and compromised Department of Justice.

And as AG, Bondi has ordered the Foreign Influence Task Force to be "disbanded."

Excellent piece on Miller on habeas. Far superior to the surprisingly both-sides-ish coverage by some media.

What Miller is claiming the power to do isn’t questionable or dubious. It would be anti-constitutional usurpation.
