Eliminate tipping and pay them a fair wage! If you need your employees to earn tips instead of wages for doing their jobs, you are part of the problem. One price for goods and services. No subjective earning.

New minimum wage should be at least $25 hr. Rents are out of control. Prices for everything with these dumb ass tariffs are ridiculous. It has to be high enough for a single person to live by themselves and afford a life!
