Senator Schumer is no longer effective and should be replaced. If you canโ€™t lead the fight to stop healthcare premiums from skyrocketing for Americans, what will you fight for?

Never forget who sold us out:

Hassan
King
Cortez-Masto
Shaheen
Kaine
Fetterman
Durbin
Rosen

This shit is why people donโ€™t trust the Democratic Party.

The original Dem demands were:
1) Permanent ACA subsidies
2) Medicaid funding restored
3) No more blank checks for the regime (rescission)

They dropped Medicaid immediately. Went silent on rescission. Cut back to 1 year of subsidies on Friday. And surrendered today.

The Senate Democrats!

How about we shut down the government for this very popular and specific goal and then, hear me out, we hold out for like a month and a half and then, ok this part is important, after a watershed election where we ran the table, ONLY THEN, fold and don't get the one thing we said we wanted.

I was wondering this week whether the airlines were lobbying behind the scenes.

Cull the Democratic Party. Systematically chip away all the weak, corporate centrists and corrupt, gutless elected officials who refuse to fight and instead suck at the teat of the oligarchy.

If Chuck Schumer was a stronger leader, he would have been able to convince most of these senators to hold the line.

Iโ€™m terribly disappointed in him.

Reporter: What do you say to your colleagues who say this isn't a fight, this is a capitulation?

Shaheen: We have a guaranteed vote by a guaranteed dateโ€ฆ

Reporter: There is no guarantee that this will become law.

Shaheen: There was never a guarantee that it would be become law.

even when the democratic party has leverage and one of the craziest election swings the party intentionally self immolates itโ€™s just so exhausting what is even the point of these people

The coordinated nature of thisโ€”none are facing voters in 2026โ€”means that either Schumer approved it or failed in his job as Senate Majority Leader to stop it.

Dems voting "no" get zero credit until they demand a change in leadership. Schumer out as Leader, Durbin out as Whip.

The arrogance of a Senator who is not even running again to take the lead in undermining the Caucus and the voters.

if democrats want to retain any amount of integrity they need to immediately vote out chuck schumer as party minority leader

Hereโ€™s the list of the eight Democrats who caved:

โšซ๏ธ Catherine Cortez Masto
โšซ๏ธ Dick Durbin
โšซ๏ธ John Fetterman
โšซ๏ธ Maggie Hassan
โšซ๏ธ Tim Kaine
โšซ๏ธ Angus King
โšซ๏ธ Jackie Rosen
โšซ๏ธ Jeanne Shaheen

Their excuses donโ€™t hold water. They betrayed all Americans who were counting on them to stand firm and keep fighting.

These 8 Senators sold us out to Trump:
Hassan
King
Cortez-Masto
Shaheen
Kaine
Fetterman
Durbin
Rosen

Understand This Fact: Chuck Schumer is behind this. None of these 8 are up for reelection in 2026. Schumer asked them vote yesโ€”they agreed. He's such a coward that he folded and won't even own it.

10.11.2025 02:59 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 3030    ๐Ÿ” 1188    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 139    ๐Ÿ“Œ 100

People were donating to food banks in communities across the country. Many SNAP recipients who were struggling felt the momentum. They too need healthcare & many didn't want us to cave. 7M of us didn't march to cave. We didn't win every election last week to cave. Shame on the cavers. Vote them out.

Chuck Schumerโ€™s no vote on the deal to end the shutdown is irrelevant

He couldnโ€™t keep his caucus together or extract assurances from the House-even after Tuesdayโ€™s landslide Democratic victories-showing that heโ€™s totally ineffectual as a leader

Sadly, millions of Americans will now pay the price

This is a bad deal, and the old way of doing things is clearly not working.

We need new leaders in the Senate.
