企業的服務好用或安全，是來自他們的產品經歷了無數慘痛的經驗。
但那不能構成公部門自我放棄，把所有數位基礎建設外包的理由。私部門有太多需要妥協的事情，我真心認為把民生資料放上私部門，你就先當這些資料已經外洩到某個國家了，或許更為實在；而一味外包，更會造成造成我國公部門體系嚴重的技術人員斷層。
不知道，想一想還是覺得台灣這個小島真的是命運多舛，總是要面臨這種兩難的問題。
