Fun fact! I used to get really in my head playing tennis in school so I would sing beastie boys songs under my breath while playing. It worked like a charm. Took me right out of my anxiety and made me focus.

I’m going to work on finding a therapist who takes OHP (Oregon Medicaid) tomorrow. It might take a while but I should at least try. I feel like I’m about to explode into a million pieces all the time.
