I know that there are special elections to fill the Congressional seats where dump appointed that member of congress to a spot in the administration. How can we get a list of those special elections, and the best way to donate?

I had to move and couldn't take Roscoe, so my Dad adopted Roscoe and called him Winky.
The next year my Dad was diagnosed with Lung Cancer. The treatments were awful and my Dad would lay in bad very sick with terrible headaches. Roscoe would curl himself around my Dad's head and keep him company.
