It’s a phone game where you plant and grow pikmin and it counts your steps to grow stuff. You can also collect petals and plant flowers if you’re going on a walk and you get lil trinkets for your pikmin from destroying big mushrooms, idk it’s very low stress but it helps me a lil!

start with stretches if you don’t already tbh. getting your mobility and flexibility up will help any activity feel better, i want to move more when i hit some good stretches! also i play pikmin bloom to help me try to get more steps in a day

I did the tandem read and LOVED IT. I found it really easy, I just used four bookmarks lol. One in each book to mark my current spot and one to mark my next swap point. There’s a few images out there that have the break down and I just crossed off as I went!
