Kiddos have been building better Pokemon decks so looked up some cheaper decks to tinker with and ended up building a budget Greninja EX deck based on a few others that I had found. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up.

Man I love playing Scythe; easily one of my favorite games. Recently picked up its sequel Expeditions though haven't yet gotten it to the table.

Only $6.90 for PDF and $12.11 for hard copy shipped... that was an easy decision to purchase!

This game for Luanti does a great job replicating the bulk of Minecraft, is entirely free and doesn't have those annoying login troubles:

Protospiel Online is one of my favorite conventions as a game designer; both getting and giving feedback with other designers has lead to some of the most rapid design iteration of any other playtesting I've done

Ditto here; especially being intentional about playing the heavier games that are harder to get to the table. Poor Golem and Spirit Island have been waiting a year already...

I have a cooperative abstract on time travel as well as a micro dexterity game I'm considering... both would need some minor work such as better rulebook illustrations before submitting. Maybe.

Also got in a game of #Faraway where the cards most certainly conspired against me... could NOT find the 2nd plant icon I needed so my entire lineup only scored 4 points... Fortunately my sanctuaries came through allowing a narrow victory
