Aaaand done. A flash back session covering my three players Embraces. I used to write pages of notes and for some important plot sessions I still might because quite frankly I'm good at it, but now it's the bare minimum. Leaving lot's of room open for the players to collaborate and improv.

It was "tofu tuesday" at my house. Trying to make it a vegan day for myself one day per week. I think that it's clearly the most ethical thing to do, but I'm also extremely intimidated at the prospect of cutting all meat from my diet

I guess I just wanted to say that I'm really grateful to people in the space making art for everyone else to enjoy in their own ways and I owe Jason Carl a special bit of gratitude. I hope that he's happy with wherever life takes him next

I started watching every other VtM actual play I could and all of them together, (like Vampires of Pittsburgh, Windy City After Dark and Songs of Silence) strongly informed me on different ways I could play and run a game. I still feel like I have a lot to learn but also I've come a long way

Jason Carl leaving White Wolf has got me thinking about my love for Vampire the Masquerade, and I'm so appreciative to shows like LA by Night for showing me what a game of Vampire could look like. It was the first actual play that I got into and it was like "oh, so that's how it's done!"

I agree. Like, imo you can just change things between editions without having to come up with a cutesy explanation for it. Just change the discipline if need be.

Clan Lasombra has actually joined the Camarilla if you didn't already know that. According to the Chicago by Night V5 they saw some shit out East and were like fuck this. But yeah otherwise Cam and Sabbat are still fighting per the lore

The Sabbat are scattered as a great many of them have left to go East to fight in the Gehena War. The small number of Sabbat who remain tend to be the worst of the worst. The Cam and Sabbat are most definitely still trying to kill each other, it's just that the Sabbat ain't doing so good atm

I think that next year, if we're all still together playing games and having fun, I'm gunna commission character portraits for my Cammy players. I would have done it this year tbh but I only just thought of it now.
