After that, I'd rip the tapes slowly, open your diaper and thoroughly clean you up. I'd pick out your new diaper and pad you back up :)

First id give you a grope, just to make sure you need a change ;) If there are any pokey bits, I'd get you humping my hand to make stickies, so we only need to clean you once. Then I'd carry you to the changing table and secure you with one of those Velcro blankets.
