She lost track of time as she set off to explore Sun-kissed Caverns. The warm scent of anise now lingering further behind. Her lips had traces of salt from the ocean and now she desired something sweet. There was a clearing up ahead and a large cave entrance. The sounds of bees hummed all around her. Their songs echoed from inside the cave, calling her in for a dance. She imagined near by gardens. The tough exterior baked under the hot sun and yet another familiar scent wafted in her direction. Honey!

So pleased with how these gorgeous egret mitts turned out, the pattern is the Thula mitts by Erica Heusser.
They are knitted in Big Fox yarn perfect sock, and I think they are my favourite pair yet!
