I picked up some agoraphobic tendencies when my chronic illnesses started getting bad. I tend to avoid doing things that I should do or would enjoy since I'm scared of being out of my safe space away from my meds, etc. I've only been able to start pushing against that in the last month

I feel this, a new medication I started a couple months ago for another autoimmune diagnosis has had the side effect of flaring up my symptoms along with adding new ones. The one silver lining is that we can see that it's doing something to protect me, it just makes me feel terrible 😝
