You probably checked this already, but is the drainage surrounding the basement clean? My apartment (also a basement) used to get flooded al the time until I complained so much the landlord got someone to clean the drainage near the door on a regular basis.

Last night I went to Nowadays for the Zohran watch party, and the line was so long I got in when he already won.
At least I was able to catch the victory speech, the whole place was PACKED.

They added a hip thrust machine to my local gym, and it's the most "The Contraption" machine I've ever seen in a gym.
I literally had to buckle myself into the machine!
And the weight I've been doing for a while before the machine, 35lbs? That's the 2nd LOWEST weight.
So I pushed myself to 50 lbs 😤
