On #TransDayOfRemembrance, America’s unions mourn and honor our friends, family and coworkers whose lives were tragically cut short by hate. We stand against all forms of discrimination and violence everywhere.

Trump renews effort to block states from regulating AI, raising alarms about safety | CNN Business President Donald Trump has drafted an executive order that would block states from enforcing regulations around artificial intelligence, renewing an AI deregulation push that’s raising concerns among ...

The Republican NDAA amendment suggested below that would ban state AI regulation is outrageous. We the People deserve a say in how AI is regulated to address impacts to the workforce, information integrity & preserve states’ rights. This Big Tech backroom deal is government overreach plain & simple.

Text of Rep. Hoyle's statement on voting for the release of the Epstein files:

“It is frustrating that justice has been delayed for child rape victims who were trafficked to some of the world’s richest and most powerful individuals. Speaker Johnson and the Trump administration have used every means possible to delay, deny and obfuscate the facts as opposed to offering transparency and justice for the victims. My hope is that the Senate will take this up quickly in order to bring justice to these victims regardless of who is implicated. Rape is wrong, rapists should be held accountable. This wasn’t a difficult vote.”

Trump administration declares CFPB funding illegal The decision, disclosed in a court filing, puts the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on track to shut down in ‘early 2026' when its remaining cash runs out.

The Trump admin is trying to dismantle the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the agency that protects working people when big banks cheat them on mortgages, credit cards and more.

This is an attack on all workers and their financial security. https://politi.co/3LCAFwy

Thank you to everyone who has stepped up to serve our country in uniform.

From care at the VA to the GI Bill — we must protect the benefits our veterans earned & keep the promise we made to them & their families.

You stood up for us & now it's our turn to stand up for you.

Happy Veterans Day.

The American people cannot pay their premiums with promises.

The Republicans have had TEN MONTHS to extend the insurance tax credits that tens of millions rely on. They’ve done nothing. Why would this time be any different?

It’s either in the bill or it isn’t getting my vote.

I didn't know 'America First' meant sending our kids to die for oil in another foreign war.

President Trump's strikes in the Caribbean & his impending war in Venezuela are illegal without a vote by Congress. We the People deserve a say in if our kids get sent to die in a repeat of the Iraq War.

Despite a court order, the Trump admin is dragging its feet on paying people the SNAP benefits they need.

Meanwhile they're buying Kristi Noem 2 new jets, bailing out Argentina, & building a ballroom.

They have the money.

They just don't want working people to have dignity.

President Trump is refusing to use available funds to backfill the SNAP program & keep assistance going to millions of hungry children, seniors, & single parents.

President Trump is using our most vulnerable neighbors as collateral. It's sick & it must end.

Doing the same thing over & over while expecting a different result is the definition of insanity.

Republicans have been in charge for 10 months, & they've done nothing to address the rising costs of health care.

At this point their words & empty promises mean nothing to me, I need to see action.

Building President Trump’s $200 Million White House Ballroom

While Republicans refuse to reopen government, pay federal workers, or address the impending health care crisis, here are a few of the things they are doing:

We are on a dangerous path in America. A panel of Ninth Circuit judges has chosen to not hold the president accountable: they just granted the federal government’s motion to stay our first TRO, which prevented the president from deploying Oregon National Guard troops in Oregon.

Republicans cut Medicaid by $1 trillion in their budget bill. Now they want to let ACA subsidies expire for 24 million Americans.

The impending Republican health care crisis is going to hit us all, that's why Republicans must come back to the table to help us fix the mess they've created.

Report Potential Wrongdoing Under the Trump Administration Whistleblowers play a vital role in helping Congress conduct our constitutionally mandated oversight responsibilities. If you have knowledge of corporate or government corruption and abuses of power; insights into the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein and his associates; or information regarding potential wrongdoing or waste, fraud, and abuse of taxpayer dollars, your disclosure can make a difference.

TO ALL FEDERAL WORKERS: if you were illegally fired today and have information of wrongdoing or abuse of power by the Trump Administration, our whistleblower tip line is open.

We want to hear from you. All whistleblowers are federally protected.

House Republicans are now using the shutdown that THEY STARTED to justify not swearing in a duly elected Democratic Representative.

Why?

Maybe because she'll be the final signature we need to release Epstein files.

There is no excuse for playing with people's health care to protect pedophiles.

Today is #LatinaEqualPayDay, the day when Latina pay catches up to what White men made last year alone.

That’s $0.54 to $1.

A union contract is how we start to close the wage gap so Latina women get the equal pay, dignity and respect they deserve.
