Iβd actually recommend using VAEM (Variable Angle Epifluorescence Microscopy), where the mirror angle can be adjusted and itβs still very effective at reducing background noise!

Sorry for my late response Nat! It worked well for me with microtubule and cellulose synthase imaging. But you're right, finding the exact critical angle can be a bit tricky!
