I really do wish we spoke about grief more openly as a society than we do. Bit like childbirth though.. you don’t realise how horrible it really is until you’re knee deep in it and searching for the strategies to get through. Such a good article!

This totally sums up the Teaching with my eyes shut idea! It’s the imperfections and gaps in between that being us the joy of teaching and tell us what to do next 😊

So tricky.. to manage to do it all over a half term. Either do the above but feel overwhelmed when you go back to use the time to catch up in the hope navy half term maybe easier 🙌
Here’s hoping

Parents, guardians and carers can feel sad and scared, sometimes they may cry too. When you’re with yours be kind to them and give them a hug.

It’s time for change. We need to act now.

Join Mr P ICT and email your MP to get Government to sit up and listen and end the teacher mental health crisis.

Just two minutes of your time, to create lasting change to thousands of educators.

Gibb and the Tories basically presided over an era in which education became less inclusive. We can see this in the statistics on exclusion, with high levels of children with SEND.
