There are two remakes of Pusher.

2010 version is a Hindi remake set in London. I enjoyed it although they changed the ending to a more conventional redemption arc.

2012 version stars Agyness Deyn who was in Clash of the Titans with Mads. Zlatko Burić reprises his role as Milo.

I never heard that about the cocaine! I believe Zlatko Burić, Jesper Lohmann, Lars Bom, and Thomas Bo Larsen were also established and/or trained actors. But I know some of the more minor roles were non-professionals.
