Interesting survey from @payclimate.bsky.social out this morning on how companies are responding to the Budget rise in NICs, which is a key question for the Bank of England.

From this it looks like pay will be a very big channel, with 37% "extremely" likely to cut pay awards, and 32% "moderately" πŸ‘‡
