Why We See Climate Change Differently—and How Optimism Can Bridge the Divide Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time, yet we don’t all view it the same way. Some of us see it as an urgent crisis demanding immediate action, while others dismiss it or avoid thinking about it altogether. Why do these differences exist? And what can we do to bridge the gap? Our recent study explored these questions by looking at how our personal characteristics—political views, education, personality traits, and optimism—shape our attitudes toward global warming.

In our paper ‘Who's Interested in Global Warming?’, we find that belief in global warming is lower for those with more right-wing political orientation. Higher for higher optimism, and this effect is stronger for those with more right wing beliefs. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/...

Yes there is certainly high rise housing that works but The Barbican and similar developments are not at the end of the market where there is the greatest need and different kinds of problems.

In our study of 1202 working adults men were more likely than women to be #investors, & older adults were more likely to be investors. Tolerance of #ambiguity and #competitiveness were personality predictors of investment. oro.open.ac.uk/94227/
