Yes there is certainly high rise housing that works but The Barbican and similar developments are not at the end of the market where there is the greatest need and different kinds of problems.

In our study of 1202 working adults men were more likely than women to be #investors, & older adults were more likely to be investors. Tolerance of #ambiguity and #competitiveness were personality predictors of investment. oro.open.ac.uk/94227/
