Kena: Bridge of Spirits was a phenomenal game that I don't think gets enough attention for how gorgeous, captivating emotional it is, along with the stellar gameplay and mechanics.

I'm so incredibly happy it's getting a sequel after hearing it wasn't gonna happen years ago, EMBER LAB MY GOATS

As a game itself and not compared to other games like Minecraft or Terraria, how is the game?

I've known about this game since it was announced and don't know all too much about it besides the visual style and some gameplay through a little bit of clips on instagram here and there.

this is a $70 LEGO Batman game in 2025 that the people in charge of the Switch 2 version decided WOULDN'T be worth putting all on the cartridge.

like honestly, I'd like to think that they would rather tell people they're working on something fuckin' awesome, but keep expectations for the project's release date realistic rather than giving people a tentative date that changes 40 times during development with public delays near launch

part of me almost thinks this should've been announced in like next year's event, but I mean, realistically, 2030 is only about 4 years away--which is insane to say--but it makes the game announcement not as crazy early as it may seem, ESPECIALLY when it's specifying "before" and NOT "during" 2030

I think one underdiscussed reason that people are gravitating towards these games is because they ask so little of your life *going forward*, too.

Genuinely why do this now, after closing the dev studio that it was helping fund. This makes zero sense. I would understand if it were increasing pricing in order to help fund and continue operations at the studio but now its gone theyre keeping that % and increasing pricing? damn bruh
