Well, my take is that Miller probably feels like he was relegated to Duke while he felt entitled to an Ivy. Kind of a villainous white mediocrity revenge plan. (I went to a mid tier university myself, and I’m proud of East Carolina University!)

I hear you on that.. Smith resigned from DOJ on 1/10. He may have personal copies or public filings, but even his notes would be bound by DOJ rules. Evidence would absolutely be restricted. But I see what you’re saying about residual personally held materials. I’m no attorney, and you are. 🤓

I doubt that, actually. The evidence would have been only under DOJ control. But his testimony alone would be explosive.

I’m flying in a couple of weeks and between the air traffic blunders and willfully ignorant spreaders of disease, I’m seriously considering cancelling. This is ridiculous.
