"Klimakult" sagt der Anhänger eines zerstörerischen US-Kults über eine wissenschaftliche Gewissheit in München... und noch schlimmer: die europäische Elite applaudiert.
Game over, schon lange.

No animal alive today is ‘primitive’ – why are so many still labeled that way? All species alive today, from chimpanzees to bacteria, are cousins that each have equally long lineages, rather than ancestors or descendants of one another. theconversationus.cmail20.com/t/r-l-tkktjh...

Parts of the tropics will heat up much faster than expected Sediment records from the Andes suggest tropical land where millions live could heat up faster than expected as greenhouse gases rise.

Your 'moment of doom' for Feb. 5, 2026 ~ Faster than expected is expected.

"I think the big takeaway here is that we found significantly more warming on land in this region than you would expect from theory."

Veterinarians must lead the climate-smart pet ownership conversation | dvm360 Climate-smart pet ownership will be defined either by science and veterinary ethics or by marketing and denial, and the profession must choose now.

Our pets have a big impact on #climatechange. Dogs and cats have a substantial environmental 'paw print,' with their food consumption alone releasing the CO2e comparable to millions of cars, and consuming a significant portion of meat production resources.

Australian tropical rainforest trees switch in world first from carbon sink to emissions source Researchers say carbon emissions change in Queensland tropical rainforests may have global climate implications

This research paper is the first time that a tipping point of a switch from a carbon sink to a carbon emission source in tropical rainforests has been identified clearly – not just for one year but for the last 20 years. Cause is a change in the local climate. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

"The results also indicate that current #climate models underestimate the magnitude of the observed changes. This is caused most likely by a too simplistic representation of deep mixing processes in the ocean in numerical models"

Trek Across a Changed Land | Darren Rumbold Book One of the Phoenix Treks Trek Across a Changed LandRelease Date: April 22, 2025 The Phoenix Treks take place after a sudden change in climate led to rising seas, migrations from coastal cities,

A very entertaining dystopia, peppered with facts about climate change. Very realistic, in my opinion: people don’t change, many bad things remain—just on a smaller scale—and in many cases the wheel even turns backwards, not in a positive way. 📚👀

I'm looking forward to 'Trek Through a Ravaged Land'

"Saudi Aramco was responsible for 1.7bn tonnes of CO2, much of it from exported oil."

So if they don't burn it, why are they responsible for the emissions? It doesn't make sense to me, except that people who use fossil fuels shouldn't feel guilty.

Scientists warn of ‘regime shift’ as seaweed blooms expand worldwide Study links rapid growth of ocean macroalgae to global heating and nutrient pollution Scientists have warned of a potential “regime shift” in the oceans, as the rapid growth of huge mats of seaweed appears to be driven by global heating and excessive enrichment of waters from farming runoff and other pollutants. Over the past two decades, seaweed blooms have expanded by a staggering 13.4% a year in the tropical Atlantic and western Pacific, with the most dramatic increases occurring after 2008, according to researchers at the University of South Florida.
