It's not competitive to me most of the time, but knowing the right people is fun here in the Northeast. I'm still trying to influence local politics on the rivers.

There are many experiences in the Northeast that cannot be bought with money or status, such as being invited to fish remote rivers by high-tier security professionals or trying to get into rescue service shape at the free gym.
