Well, I never factored fracturing my jaw as a weight loss plan but 10 days after the fact and I am down 10 lbs (4.5 kg). In fact, I have started adding protein powder to my meals and taking supplements and actually feel the best I have in months (outside of the pain).

Was in accident on my ebike Mon evening. Thank goodness for helmets, without one I would be in either the ICU or morgue. Badly bruised my jaw and haven't been able to chew any food. It's been pureed meals since then. The upside, I'm down 3KG, could stand to lose another 10. I may be on to something
