It was indeed a very dynamic situation that manifested early. I put in my resignation a week before my 39th bday, and started seriously planning my exit when the Sun transited Capricorn (after continuous AC>Cap, to boot). I did also have to change the resignation terms, but I ultimately still left.

I guess I see the Capricorn in the sense that right before my Cap 4H year began, I was extremely diligent, got my affairs in order, took stock of a ton of objective info, and found the most pragmatic action for my holistic health was to quit my stressful af and take time to heal my system. So I did!

Now: Saturn as Time Lord and activating Lots of Mars and Saturn within 4H I do see more clearly. But Capricorn itself is a more "if I squint I can see it" phenomenon.

Not entirely seeing the quality of the year that would be expected to show up with a Capricorn profection, but maybe that's partially because I had little agency to contribute.
