It is scary. Definitely my advice on the ride home is to have the seat all the way back if someone is taking you home. It helps to lay down on car rides. Just remember you will have medical professionals around you the entire time.

Oh first time? It differs from person to person. But for me it's like waking up with a hangover after a party unfortunately. But the feeling of that goes away within a few hours.

Though take solace in that you'll be surrounded by medical professionals that will help you with your every need.

I am swapping to building my own at this point and going to use TrueNAS. I'll get more freedom to do what I want with the hardware. Also struggling to erase the hardrives I own because they are encrypted by my Synology.
