The dentist’s answer to this question was just “keep an eye on it,” which was not helpful, but to be fair, he’s a dentist and not a medical doctor

Today my dentist noted that my gums are bleeding, even though I have great dental hygiene and no plaque, “so there must be some other reason. Sometimes it’s hormones, or stress, or other things.” So apparently the “other things” include, like, leukemia. WTAF am I supposed to do with this information
