Infographic with warm weather advice for people looking after dogs. Walk your dog when it's cooler; early morning or late evening. Ensure your dog has plenty of water and shade all day. Do the tarmac test: if you can't comfortably hold your hand on tarmac for five seconds, then postpone your walk until it's cooler. Take extra care: Flat faced, overweight, unwell and older dogs are at increased risk of heatstroke. Exercise is the most common trigger for heat-related illness so take care not to over-exert your dog.

Fear of bailiffs means vulnerable people don't go to councils for the help they need, locking them in a cycle of poverty.
It's time to change that.
In the rest of the UK council tax debt is written off after 6 years. It's a minimum of 20 years in Scotland.
Some councils are chasing debts older than Harry Styles!
