Addendum: There are times when I see these and just want to throttle those whose focus is on the petty and mundane.

I often think that life is about experiencing what it has to offer and having fun.

And, if pretending that 3-4 rounds of mini golf is some fancy tournament during the height of the pandemic’s lows—when we had the first one—ends up being fun, we do it. 😁

Welcome back to our coverage of the 3rd Annual Open Invitational Charity Mini Golf Tournament, here in beautiful Ocean City.

We saw a game 1 sweep by Makuus, who took the Pirate course by 6 strokes. But, in a surprise upset, Kelby clinched game 2 on the Jungle course in the tie-breaking round.

It’s been hard being sick this last week and change. I’ve lacked the energy—in no small part because I had five sleepless nights I’m still catching up on—to do anything more than work—which doesn’t stop—and the basics and it shows.

I have the antibiotics now and am hoping things improve quickly.

Can’t wait until karaoke next WPAFW. Thinking of additions to my list of favorites.

I’d do karaoke between now and then, but I kind of like having an audience—even shaking of stage fright as much as I do—despite being a serial shower- and car-singer, an audience of one. 😁

Da fluff happened here?! Good God!

AppleTV+ is such an odd service. I’ve been buying movies on the cheap, and watching them on it. But, as I go through their own offerings, they’re just so weird and niche.

Some, I’m given to understand, are worth it—like Severance and Ted Lasso—but otherwise completely un-talked-about by anyone.

I’m sure that’ll come somewhere down the road. Bought the three for less than $5 apiece. Am enjoying this one, so I suspect I’ll enjoy at least the sequel.

Villain is a very underrated role for SLJ. He’s done a few, yes. But, it’s the ones in which he displays a quiet malevolence that are his best.

Hence, I think a movie with Samuel L. Jackson with a lisp, some ridiculous action, and not taking itself serious was probably right choice.

This is a fun movie. 😁

I think the lack of sleep is catching up to me.

Did my damnedest today. Caffeinated. Kept moving. But, every blink is lasting a little longer than it should.

I’ve spent much of the afternoon fighting sleep, knowing that even if I went down, I wouldn’t really get rest.

Finally getting around to watching “Kingsman: The Secret Service”. Figured that “John Wick 3” would have been a little too crunchy for how I’m feeling.

I think I made the right choice.
