Destroying Medicaid Medicaid already pays below cost in most states, and so provider participation is fragile. When billing data tied to identifiable providers gets publicly released and framed as a fraud detection exercise, the message to every provider who serves Medicaid patients is that their payment data is now a public cudgel. Providers who reduce their Medicaid caseloads or exit the program entirely achieve through intimidation what the regime could not fully achieve through legislation alone, i.e. reduced access to care for the people who depend on Medicaid. Essentially every Medicaid provider is now subject to a Grok-led witch hunt. (e.g., "They're faking autism data!" These people are obsessed with autism.) And for providers of gender-affirming care and abortion services specifically, the calculus is even worse, because they are being targeted by name, by volume, with the full weight of a federal data release behind it.

Finally, this week I wrote about HHS DOGE releasing a Medicaid data set designed to be enable stochastic terrorism against reproductive and gender affirming care providers. And to paint Medicaid disability services as fraud.

Oz Runs This As CMS Administrator, the ICE data-sharing agreement was executed on Oz's watch and under his authority; the "backdoor to open borders" rhetoric that built the public case for this policy came from him; and the November Federal Register notice formalizing the arrangement was issued by his agency. Oz is actively running the agency that is converting Medicaid, a health insurance program for low-income Americans, into an immigration surveillance tool for the regime's murderous secret police.

Oz's Direct Record That is what Oz did with the administrative authority of the CMS administrator's office in his first year. He rescinded emergency reproductive care protections; proposed rules designed to eliminate gender-affirming care for trans youth nationwide; expanded prior authorization into traditional Medicare using AI; cut the home health payments that disabled people rely on in order to be able to live in their own homes; and he dropped transparency requirements that would have helped chronically ill people find the benefits they're owed. This is the record Ashish Jha is praising when he says Oz is doing "a very good job overseeing CMS" and "running a complex bureaucracy efficiently, promoting smart policy choices."

If you don't have a child, imagine for just a moment that you do: how much money would someone have to pay you to allow them to murder your child? I'm asking because when we say "parents should absolutely have the right to choose not to vaccinate their kids," we are assigning a value to children's lives. And the value assigned to the lives of disabled, chronically ill, and immunocompromised children, i.e. those who rely on community immunity, is quite low. It is, in other words, a eugenicist logic.

This week I also wrote about tort liability as a substitute for vaccination requirements. If you think parents shouldn't have to vax their kids, but say families of disabled children killed by preventable disease can sue, you're just pricing out their lives
