What Man does engages the rest of humanity, and what citizens do engages the rest of a nation

I look at France, as a French citizen, right in the eye for the inconceivable horror that it inflicted, even if my family had no responsibility in its crimes

But I do so, because it SHOULD make amends

One of my thoughts lately has been that it’s imperative to look at ourselves, and our countries, right in the eye, no matter how upsetting it is

Always combat the instinct towards reactionary tendencies even in situations where it ends up putting ourselves, as individuals, into question

Once again I am tired, we had 7 additional hours added this week 💀

Haven’t caught up with anything yet but to be honest I didn’t expect to be hit with 5 presentations to prepare and multiple court ruling commentary to write right off the bat with semester 💀

Hey I know everything sucks real bad right now but if you need someone to make a funny voice in your thing I'm game

You gotta embrace the fact that you might be ass at something for a little while but that it’ll always be better than not having tried at all

This thought was prompted by visiting my family and my dad showing me music, to then say “man, I wish I sang like that, I could never”
