A mini protest in London yesterday, reminding the world about #jointenterprise. This week the #CPS released their data on JE & we learned the true horror of this legal doctrine. 19% of the convictions are CHILDREN with four under the age of 13.

On Saturday I went to the final showing of Public Interest by @Common_WealthHQ in Bradford. A phenomenal, immersive play exploring joint enterprise laws and their devastating impact on racialised and working-class communities

The play was absolutely incredible. The audience moved through the set alongside the actors. A powerful reminder of how easily someone can get caught up in a joint enterprise case

I was especially proud to see a young person I’d worked with on another project playing a role. Watching them shine in this space was a real moment ❤️
