The US health care system is broken & wildly expensive.
The function of a health care system is not to provide billions in profits for insurance & drug companies. It is to provide quality care as a human right.
The time is NOW to pass Medicare for All.
My girlfriend has gastroparisis, and due to the condition can not possibly keep or hold onto a job thus she has no insurance can't get approved for disability can't get Medicaid in TN. She is in and out of hospital constantly because everyone is giving bandaids treating symptoms but not the cause!!!

Mr. Mahdawi, a legal resident of the US, must be afforded due process under the law and immediately released from detention.
