75 Hard R2: Week 3 Week 3 has come and gone. Let’s talk about it. Struggles Water. For some reason, out of no where, water has become the bane of my existence. It’s not that I don’t like drinking it all of the sudden, because has never been an issue. It just keeps taking me longer n the day to finish it. Now I do have a theory for this.

Week 3 of this round of 75 Hard is in the books. Nothing real big to update on .. GOD DAMNIT I NEED TO FINISH MY WATER....

75 Hard R2: Week 2 Week 2 Down. Let’s talk about it. Diet Struggles I’ve found it a challenge to hit my carb and calorie goals each day. Not to the extent of staying UNDER them, but getting up to them. SO the calorie and carb cycling isn’t going as great as I’d like. I plan on bucking down this weekend and organizing a better plan to hit those numbers over the next several days.

Week 2 of round 2 is in the books! Made some gym visits and am strugling to get the diet where i want it. Let's talk about it!
