I must admit, these #oasis shows feel like a big deal to me. White, working class (at the time), northern. They defined my teenage years.

There's something really special about sitting with a cold pint, by yourself, chilling out.

Alcohol is a social lubricant - we know that.

I think it's because for a lot of people 'the economy' is this mystical thing that is spoken about in the press. It's a bunch of acronyms told by newsreaders, while people are trying to get through their days and weeks. People hear/ read one thing, but it's how they feel that they understand.

Just saw an interview with the Fulham FC manager on Match of the Day and saw this yellow Mongolia ad.

For me this is when breaking category codes backfires.

I thought it was for a tyre brand. 'Go' is highlighted, 'Always Moving'.

Took me several glances to see it was a tourism ad.

Own label food products are often just as good as branded products in taste.

But the packaging let's them down.

For example, own label ketchup up is the same taste. But the bottle makes it unenjoyable to use.
