I've never been more mentally as well as when I deleted FB and not long after cut the cord on cable/TV. This is *no* different, ultimately (and in some aspects, even worse).
The last thing I'm gonna do is hop around over (?!!?, a number of) different platforms, hoping each will focus on *brutal*, yet immensely effective, moderation.
It's kinda clear now that it is not a desired result or priority for any of them. To borrow from Andor, there's only "One Way Out".
