I,too, have many Fuyu persimmons. Love them raw, but we don’t think we can keep up with them. Have you ever tried cooking the pulp briefly to make something like applesauce?

I picked a lot of Fuyu persimmons before the birds got them. Now I need to do something with them. Don’t necessarily want to make jam. Can I cook them briefly to make something like applesauce that I can freeze? Other ideas? 🍽️
