I had mine under general anesthesia and cried and hyperventilated so badly before they had to give me oxygen through a straw instead of a mask. (I woke up grumpy AF because I couldn't have the good drugs that make you happy but it was fine)

When I lived in PEI 2 of my specialists left because of Health PEI (and one was THE ONLY specialist of their kind in PEI so I went back to a NB specialist).

I'm excited I'm going to be travelling to remote/fly-in communities as part of my new job (career).

Canada (BC specifically) is working to take their doctors :)

I got terminated (without cause) from a job that was supposed to have guaranteed funding until 2027 (4ppl/half the team got let go). I have pay until Mid-July (and am eligible for EI)... I am torn between mass applying for any job I'm remotely qualified for, or taking my time

Suddenly having a teenager at the same time as end of fiscal has been wild. I need to take some vacation days.

As someone who lived on #PEI for 5 years, and visits family on PEI still (my in-laws). I say remove the bridge toll for Islanders, and increase it for non-Maritimers (I don't think NB and NS folks should pay the same as Quebec and west). It's just part of tourism.

I'm currently wearing the white ones. I've lost weight, so they're a bit big, but the elastic looks brand new. The fabric’s still fine, just not as bright white. The red ones are still bright and have all their little gems. I’ve worn them a lot over the years—wild!

In the 20+ years I've had frequent trips to the ER, and admissions to the hospital, today is the first day I've experienced hallway medicine. There's about 15 people (including the person I am with who was admitted at 9pm last night, 12hrs ago) waiting for a bed.

I've tried this on various platforms over the years and always forget.

I thought I would miss it but I don't (I would probably pay for CityTV if I could directly but you can't). I watch a few things on CBC gem and CTV (free). I 🏴‍☠️ a couple shows. I watch content on YouTube (not paid). I think I'm actually happier. What I watch is more specific. Plus saving money.

I got rid of our Netflix, Prime, StackTV, CityTV (through Prime) ummm and some other channel. Essentially we were paying almost $40/ month. We still have Crunchyroll directly from them and I have 3 month trial of APTN's Lumi. I tried RiverTV but you can't fast forward so I cancelled.

FFS I just found out Justin Geever/Justin Sane (former lead singer of Anti-Flag) is trash.

Canada doesn't allow convicted predators into our nation. This initiative from NDP leader Jagmeet Singh to bar Trump from the G7 will send a clear message.
