This week I am training & paying two young single mothers of toddler aged kids to do home renovations - flooring removal & substrate prep, some cosmetic grout staining, & re-caulking a shower surround

I could pay skilled laborers but this is even more satisfying than I thought it would be.

& usually buttercream - if I have my way a mocha buttercream, but I have also fucked up cream cheese frosting. I think I have succeeded at a dark chocolate ganache, but even though it was what it was supposed to be, I just wanted it to be mocha buttercream.
