My mental health was getting a bit better but it feels like everything has gone downhill again

I am not very well. Facing hardships with mental health and autism. (Things I have struggled with for a long time). I’m on my healing journey which is not a straight line. I’m trying my best and I’m slowly getting there. Thank you to the people who have supported me. And grateful for the Best Dogs.

I can feel my mental health getting worse but support avenues aren’t accessible. The world is getting worse and it’s making it harder to manage. I’m paying a lot for professional help already and I still can’t cope. What else do I even do?
