The Cave Nebula. 29 hours from bortle 9. It is hard to get good pictures from light polluted skies.

Last month, I was shooting a naked eye comet from Bortle 9. There is a school on the other side of that street. There are about 40 LED lights and the baseball field with stadium lights.

Two old pictures of The Horsehead Nebula I took with my 8 inch RC in Hydrogen alpha. I never finished the project so I just did a quick process of what I had.

I edited the Simpsons scene and added one of my aurora pictures to it.

Nice. What telescope did you use?

I've got terrible light pollution here. It's cloudy most nights here too. And I've got trees in my yard.
Trees cover everything but the west... where the school and 40+ LED streetlights and baseball field stadium lights are.

I do astrophotography from my light polluted driveway.
This is a nebula called the Rosette Nebula. It is an area of dense dust and gas that glows from the heat of nearby stars. This is also where new stars are born. I took this in 2016 and reprocessed it.
This is made up of 13 hours of exposures.
