Smith, Gaddis, Kent, Festa from RhP

Spot 8 could be a starter converting (Espino?) but I'd assume Hernandez here. Enright is out. Aleman is hurt but no timetable.

Means is a surprise. Not surprised on Allard/Krook as they have three lefty relievers that are better. Nunez was obvious after Hedges was signed.

Wil Wilson is a minor surprise because he's one of the few guys with options. I think maybe Brito being granted a 4th option year made him expendable.

Maybe 5, bad news gets buried on Fridays. And all the weekend football will mean the talking head shows will barely cover it. No later though.

Jhonk is out of options and if Angel and Fry are healthy, it's hard seeing them really needing a RH bench bat. It's also not really hard seeing him first guy out if they sign a FA bat (like maybe Lane Thomas).

JRod will almost certainly stay because they need people with options and have very few.

I don't disagree on the Valera take, but I do feel like there's room for optimism on him given how much time he's missed the last two years. He kept his option this year so next year he can be a back and forth guy, and hopefully he gets a full year to prove something.
