Bowl of aquaviche and guacamole Aquaviche 1lb pre-cooked 30/40 shelled shrimp, chopped 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped Juice from 4 limes and 2 lemons 1 tbsp salt Peppers (to your taste) chopped small • 1-2 jalapeños • 1-2 serranos • 1-2 habaneros 1/2 white or red onion, chopped 1 large Roma tomato, chopped 3/4 cucumber, chopped Put chopped shrimp in bowl with juices while chopping everything else. Add all ingredients in large bowl and toss, season with salt to taste. Guacamole 2-3 fresh, ripe avocados 1 bunch of fresh cilantro Juice from 2 limes and 1 lemons 1 tbsp salt Peppers (to your taste) • 1-2 jalapeños • 1-2 serranos • 1-2 habaneros Put in blender or food processor (I have a mini Ninja) and blend until creamy.

Aquachiles + ceviche= aquaviche (with a side of guacamole)

Taking him to playcare this morning (awesome doggy daycare) to socialize and see his “school friends”.

Jane went to visit her mom yesterday. Kuma rode with us when I took her to the airport.

This little nugget - he sat on the couch when we got home and softly woo’d as he waited for her to “get home from work”.

He has pretty bad separation anxiety - especially if we’re not both home at night.
