Had a great time at the NICHE-Leeds event yesterday “they’re not clapping now”. The event, run with the sector, aimed to come up with solutions to #workforce challenges in #socialcare. Great panel, including @skillsforcare.bsky.social . Strong case made for local solutions to national challenge.
