Learned that an anonymous outside expert on submersibles did an interview with the OceanGate Titan investigation, and they released a transcript, with all the names redacted. The first line of his first answer? "I'm sure you're familiar with my film Titanic."

I personally started the series on a whim because I'd seen some fun fics for it and rushed through the first 4-5 books in about a week, they're quite fast paced

Last night I decided to start on the Alex Rider series and finished Stormbreaker in one sitting. Just devouring vaguely familiar books I last read over a decade ago, and having a fun time doing it. It's a great reset.

I read too much dense nonfiction and burned out the book reading part of my brain, and it massively impacted on my ability to read for pleasure, but do you know what immediately fixed that and led to my current 2-5 book a week reading spree? Reading old middle grade and YA novels I loved as a kid.
