I think of it as the βSchrodingerβs Catβ stage of the disease. You donβt know if the cat ( the cancer ) is there or not unless you look- and if psa rises can reset the clock and determine when/if/how to restart

No strict policy per se but if PSA is <0.1 and 18-24 months has elapsed I am very open to discussing discontinuation. Only way to find out if we can cure in this space is to stop and check.
