Radiologists are fast learners in this regard. Especially when you write "on anti-amyloid therapy, eval for ARIA before dose 5" on the order.

That said, I've had to call after baseline MRIs showing "a few" microhemes. Like dude, this is 2025, where do you think we are, England?
