It is very time consuming finding the icky bugs too. They have devoured every micro face in my backyard.

I had to take a break from the fear and stress. I refreshed myself by getting some chicks. They are a real time consumer, lol. I have been spending time digging in the yard to find buggy treats for them. Very good for the heart.

Aww thank you dear, that is so kind of you. I had to take a breather. Ended up attending some protests, and a march. I am back in the fight refreshed. I bought some chicks and they consume a good deal of my attention. I will post some picks tomorrow, if you like. They are adorable.

My grandparents survived the great depression using farming and foraging skills. I have this amazing cookbook passed down from her grandmother. It has recipes with minimal ingredients and tips on what can be used as substitutes. Just a descendant of Appalachia. Generational poverty creates frugality

I dunno, I haven't been to a doctor in 9 years. I study herbal medicine and forage wild edibles. We eat burdock, plantain, dandelions, etc. I make sure I cover all the vitamins, minerals, and assorted nutritional needs to keep us healthy. A lot of people don't even realize they are walking on food.
